DPDP Compliance

Real Estate Deals Online Solutions (redos.co.in) is committed to complying with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), India’s comprehensive data protection law. This page explains how we uphold your rights under the DPDP and the measures we take to protect your personal data.

Scope and Applicability

The DPDP applies to the processing of digital personal data of individuals in India. While redos.co.in does not require user registration or maintain a database of personally identifiable information, we may collect limited personal data through automated means such as cookies, web analytics, and server logs for site functionality and performance optimization. This data is processed solely within the scope permitted under the DPDP.

Your Rights Under DPDP

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:

  • Right to access your personal data held by us
  • Right to correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Right to withdraw consent for any processing based on your consent
  • Right to grievance redressal if you believe your rights have been violated

Please note: As we do not store personal data for marketing, profiling, or user accounts, rights such as data portability and erasure are not applicable in the ordinary course of our operations.

How We Comply

We comply with the DPDP by:

  • Collecting only minimal data necessary for site operation
  • Using anonymized analytics tools where possible
  • Not storing personal data beyond the duration required for technical purposes
  • Ensuring all third-party services (e.g., analytics, ads) comply with DPDP requirements
  • Not selling, sharing, or transferring personal data to unrelated third parties

Data We Process

Under the DPDP, the only personal data we may process includes:

  • IP addresses (anonymized where possible)
  • Browser type and device information
  • Pages visited and session duration (via analytics)
  • Cookie identifiers (for functionality and preference retention)

This data is not linked to names, phone numbers, email addresses, or other direct identifiers unless voluntarily provided through a contact form.

Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data under the following lawful bases permitted under the DPDP:

  • Consent — when you voluntarily submit information via our contact form
  • Legitimate interest — for site security, performance monitoring, and improving user experience

We do not rely on contract performance or legal obligation as a basis, as we do not offer services requiring contractual relationships.

To exercise your rights under the DPDP, please contact us via email at [email protected] with the subject line: DPDP Request. Include:

  1. Your full name

No Discrimination Policy

We will not deny, charge different prices, or provide a lower quality of service to you because you exercised your rights under the DPDP. You are free to access our content and services regardless of whether you choose to exercise your data protection rights.
