Infrared

Temples of New India

The idea is to create landmark developments based on the key tenets of Mainstream Green that focus on creating long term asset value. Infrared was conceived with the idea that all its developments follow the principles of equality (in terms of resource allocation of energy, facilities and accessibility), ecology (building green) and an identity that is proudly Indian vis-à-vis its design details and choice of material; all of which will be conducive to the Indian environment.

Buildings by Infrared will be designed following the principles of climatology and landscape planning. If we go a step back, extensive site feasibility studies will be done to ensure zoning and space design principles are being followed. All this to ensure that Infrared has the most productive landscapes.

Infrared will also focus intensively on green features such as power saving measures, recycling natural resources such as water, solar powered systems and the use of environment-friendly building materials. The buildings themselves will allow for flexible space planning with great attention to detail given to all architectural and internal design elements.
